Delivery:
The prices shown on our website do not include the cost of delivery or VAT @ 17.5%.
Our delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order. International orders need to be quoted individually for postage.
Dispatch:
Your order will be dispatched within two working days. Recorded Signed for & Parcel Force. Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays. Please allow upto 7 days for receipt of your order.
Working days do not include weekends.

After Ordering:
When the delivery arrives please check the goods to make sure they are what you required and that they are in good condition.
All shortages or discrepancies must be notified to us by email or in writing
within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Please retain your invoice/order number. If you need to discuss your order or make a warranty claim we will ask you for your order number.
Please Note:
All pets should be supervised during recreation with any toy.
